You know, sometimes we have stretches when our team isn’t functioning as best it could, or we just aren’t accomplishing the goals set by the organization and we just don’t know why.  Is it a people problem? Do we have the right processes in place? Am I as a leader, or the person I put in charge communicating or capable of handling this assignment?
